I am so thrilled that you are finding my human body stuff useful!! I used that Code Blue Medical Simulation to get ideas, but I basically tailored the entire unit to my classes. It was a resource that my school already had before I got there, but I really liked it. Some of the stuff was unnecessary, but overall - I did find it useful, even if just to get ideas from. TEACHING EXPERIENCE
The 2012-2013 school year is my first year teaching. I love being able to look forward to Mondays now! I am a departmentalized teacher, teaching fifth grade science to 72 sweet kiddos throughout my school day. Never thought I'd be a science teacher, but I'm loving learning as I go!
MY TEACHING STYLE
I spend my class time with as many hands-on activities as we can fit in. Science lends itself to tons of fun activities, so I do my best to work them in.
