I have taught for 9 years in Colorado public schools in low-income, middle class, rural, and affluent areas. My teaching experience includes ESL/ELL pull - out teacher K - 5, Reading Recovery teacher 1st grade, kindergarten teacher, and second grade teacher. I am currently working on my Educational Doctorite (EdD) and have had the opportunity to lead some professional development.
I am a constructivist teacher who believes in a hands-on, student-centered approach that makes learning fun!
