Have you updated Adobe? Do you have a Mac? You might need to update Adobe Reader or if you have a Mac, you will need to open the file through Adobe and not with the Mac default PDF viewer. No, you're right. I don't think money is a CC standard. It's actually more awareness of it. We have to do something like, "if I have 20 cents and I buy two things, what could I have spent on each thing?" which is more part-part-whole relationships. Time would be amazing though! I'm in FL.

I used this last year when my students kept track of their own math tubs. I had 6 tubs numbered 1-6. The students would write which math tubs they went to each day. If we didn't have 3 rotations, then they would record an x in the third space. I didn't have as many students last year and they were very responsible. This year I keep a chart visible for math tub rotations since I have 29 kids and many with special needs. I liked this record sheet last year though!

Do you have a Mac? Many times, the Mac will open the file with their own PDF software and that for some reason messes with the file. If this may be the case, go into Adobe and open the file from within Adobe. That has usually fixed any problem. If that still doesn't work, please contact Tpt as they can help you further with any settings or issues that may be preventing you from printing. I hope that helps you get this resolved.

You need to get the updated Adobe reader. If that doesnt help, please contact customer service because they can help you fix a setting they may need to be adjusted on your computer. The file is not normally blurry so they will help you open the file properly. Hope that helps!

The fish bowl writing page is on page 67 of the file. I usually read the book "What's it like to be a Fish: A Let's Read and Find Out About Science" and then complete the fish tree map to record facts. The students then write their report on the fish bowl writing paper using their tree map. I hope you and your students enjoy the unit!

I have noticed that it was better for me to print multiple pages at a time because my printer did not feed the first label page very well but after the first one it was fine. The reason is that you need to actually go into adobe and open the file from there rather than use the software that Mac previews PDFs with. That fixes the problem every time.

I included three different options for each month. I don't think I will be able to change the calendars to fit everyone's specific calendar. The options I included should fit just about anyone's calendar with the exception of a fall or spring break. I have all the months that just include the calendar days with no breaks. You could use those and write in your breaks.

That should answer your questions. I then have the students keep the folder in their chair pocket but you could use a desk or cubby too. I hope this helps! No, that wasn't one of the skills I added. Days of the week, month, tallies, date, odd/even, place value, one more/one less, two more/ two less, ten more/ten less, number sentences, and true/ false equations are the skills I focused on.

I downloaded the calendar last week but only the pictures were appearing, nothing else. I know I had asked you immediately - and then left for vacation. I have an email saying you responded but cannot find the help! Love the calendar and want it badly for my classroom, please help! :)

Have you checked the "My Purchases" page? There is a link to the new Adobe Reader. Updating the software ususally solves the problem. Sorry you have to go through the hassle. Please let me know if that doesn't work!

On my strategies assessment, I use the words "Make Ten" and I am referring to combinations of 10( 9+1, 8+2, etc). Later in the year I teach Use 10 which is also called bridging through 10 when students think about 8 + 3 as 8 + 2 =10 so 8+3 =11. Hope that helps!

Do you think this would work "ok" if we use D'Nelian manuscript? I guess I could mention there are two ways show yours, then D'nelian. the size of the letters would still be the same.

I recently purchased this...it looks wonderful! When I downloaded and then printed it, the boxes/frames/borders etc are not there. Only the "clip art"/pictures are showing up. Has anyone else had this trouble?
