I just checked with TpT and the link is ok and it was able to be downloaded on the two computers that I tried. Check your downloads folder. Sometimes files are hard to open if you do not save them to your desk top first... you will also want to make sure you have an updated adobe reader...

I didn't coordinate them to any label size. They may fit in one but I am not sure. I printed them out and laminated them. Then I Velcro'd them to my bins in case I wanted to change out labels.

Thanks for your quick response. My question, though, was more about physically where does everyone get the Boo gram to give to the next two people? After I send two, they're supposed to pass a boo gram along to others... where do they get the papers? Does everyone have to come to me to get them when they need them or do I give them to everyone in advance to hand out as they see fit?

I would have them in a labeled envelope or clear plastic ziplock baggie near the mailboxes. You can also mention it at a staff meeting or in the teachers lounge.

I will be teaching a case of 32 fourth graders, and like the simplicity of not having to distribute "cash" but am unsure how to make sure kids know of their credits/debits without taking too much time out of each day. Any advice? Thanks!!

I simply just say it if it is an individual task/payment like: "add $10 for being on task". If it is a whole group thing, I have them do it all at the same time, like: "You were all great for the sub, give your checkbook to your neighbor and add $20". If it is something like they are tardy, going to the bathroom, or the whole table is off task... I will say things like "turn in your checkbook to the treasurer" and then I tell the treasurer how much to subtract via post it note so they can do it in their free time.
Does that help. It is realllllly easy and you can have even more than one treasurer to help if you want.... or have kids turn it into the table captain etc. With students who have a problem being honest, have them always turn it into the treasurer.

The first two prompts are repeated on the second page. So there are only four prompts, not the six that are stated in the product overview. Can you please send me a correction for the second page?
