At first I was considering purchasing many of the other parts of this series. It sounded so put together so I thought I would take it for a test drive and do volume one to start. I downloaded the free part and either I didn't get everything or it isn't worth it. I read over the lesson plan. I have no book to read. I received only the lesson and an activity page on want and needs. Is that the quiz? It is not labeled. I don't see me purchasing other volumes if I don't have the tools to use them. Thanks anyway.
After your comment I went back and read the description again to Volume 1. I am aware it was a free lesson but it is not useful without the book. Pardon me for not realizing that "Finance for Kids" was a book, it is not punctuated as such and it is also the name of the "seller." You may consider making it more clear in the description that purchasing the book is necessary to the lessons and possibly stating where to get the book would make it more clear. I apologize if my feedback was upsetting to you.

There is a typo of "need" where it should be "want" at the end. Also, this is a very short lesson. I do think that this is a great topic, and the questions included are great.
I wish that this included a few pages of the book that it goes along with as a sample.

Thank you for your comment Amanda. I have changed the "need" to a "want" at the end of that document. Unfortunately, a few pages from the book in the lesson plan will not add any value, simply because those few pages will be describing part of a story. If you want to read the first page of the story, you can download the sample ebook with the same title from ibookstore. Again, thank you for your comments.

My special eduction class has a tough time with this concept - when we did a similar exercise - they all picked their electronics over water, clothing, shelter, etc. I just started following you and I'm going to pin some of your items. Pre-k to adult ed? I would think that the language suitable for the two audiences would mean that a more narrow selection would be required. I'm very interested in this topic, but an ability to define what level it's suited for makes me question the quality.

Finance for Kids (TpT Seller)
I understand your point completely. The topic "Wants and needs" is important for children and adults alike. I know many adults (including moms) that can benefit from knowing the difference. When the book was being reviewed by some adults, it opened their eyes and made them question what it is that they wanted/needed.
I know my wife has appreciated the difference and restrains herself from impulsive shopping, after considering her wants/needs.

Finance for Kids (TpT Seller)
This book is meant for children of all ages. For high schoolers, this book will seem very basic, though I have had adults tell me that this book is easily understandable by adults and children. There is no technical jargon in it. For instance, in this particular book, I am explaining the process of starting a business of selling cookies, while using a street-side lemonade stand. I hope this helps.
