Thanks. Lots of things to do with base ten. Would love this with rods and cubes imagery, too. The kids find it easier to manipulate rods than bundles of sticks, so I use rods and cubes more.

Thanks. At this point in the year I am less interested in them cutting and pasting, and more interested in saving paper. So I reduced the sheets to half the size and turned the rimes (intended for cutting out) into a list. The kids will write the correct rime to match the picture.

Hi - Yes it is supposed to be like that. The design takes into account that the bubblegum needs to be as large as possible, to create as much room for the children to write as possible - (like zooming in on the important part). I will add some more that have the whole face (not cut off) upon my next revision of this product.

Yes, I do all my own drawing. Yep, I hear that about doing clip art. I know, I should do that. I'm having fun right now playing around making these activities . This summer when I have more time I'll put together a bit of clip art. Just seems like there's alot out there. Anyway, thanks much for the nod. Hopefully we'll chat again.

Is there a way for me to see a sample. I want to use them for kinders, so I am concerned about the size. It is difficult for them to cut and keep track of very small pieces. Love the activity!

I have just purchased your sight words worksheets but they don't appear to be modern cursive and therefore they are not what I was looking for. Here in Western Australia children are taught the modern cursive style of writing. That's why I detailed my question carefully with the style before I purchased.

No, I don't think I advertise anything as Modern Cursive. I do not know this font. I have been selling items for 8 years with the main foundation fonts for NSW, VIC, QLD and now SA, and nobody has ever asked for a WA font. Is there one? I am more than happy to buy it and make items in this font. Do you know what it is called? I have seen Vic Modern Cursive? Would this be the same? I am more than happy to make the resource to suit your needs exactly, I just need very specific details of the exact font

So my understanding when buying this product is I do not need to purchase any additional licsence unless I want to share it with other teaches. But if I am buying it for my classroom use and make any modifications necessary, I do not need to purchase the add. licsence. I really like these products.

This actually isn't a question. Last year we did a reseach project on the fairy penguins. We did it while we were studying habitats. They were involved in an oil spill clean up. My students loved reading about the cleaning up and saving of the habitat. I just thought it was something you might enjoy sharing with your kiddos. Thanks for the great ideas.

Just wanted to THANK YOU again for the fabulous feedback you left on my freebie! I wasn't sure if you would see my response there, so wanted to put a little something here! I hope you got to download my '200 follower freebie' too- that's a fun one! In regards to the socks (I am not sure if you want to add it to the blog/not)- I send a donation letter in the beginning of the year out to parents to donate socks that have gotten too small, mismatched pairs, whose counterpart was gobbled up in the washing machine, etc so that I can build up a collection for the year. As they get too dirty I either bring them home & throw in washing machine or, if really, bad, toss & get a new from my 'reserves!' It has helped decrease tissue waste/use and the kids always know where to find their marker! I hope you can use some of the other ideas too- it helps make a 'worksheet' less of a 'worksheet' and more of a hands-on manipulative mat! I will be sure to check out your blog- I LOVE your graphics- you may have noticed in that freebie- it is your penguin graphic that I used (and credited and hyperlinked right to your TpT store!) Thanks again- I will be heading over to your blog to check it out!
