Hi. I LOVE your product! My kids said that this is the best thing we've done in math all year - even the boys! :) I wanted to point out one typo, though. It's in the customary measurement lapbook in the foldable with tabs. In the capacity section, there is a list of abbreviations. You have 1 cup = 8 fluid ounces (in.) I think you meant to put (oz.). I gave you a four-star rating & you deserve it - just wanted to make you aware. Great product!

My principal is asking me to have the CUBES and RELAX poster printed at Staples Office Supply. But Staples wont do it since you hold the copyright. They said we could if you "released" it? I thought that maybe since it was a free download that I wouldn't be to out of line asking you for this.

Do you have version of the division and multiplication that don't have so much color? we only have a rizzo machine for copies at our school and it does not do well with a lot of what would ed up being gray/black anywhere there is color on the pages.

CBogar re: Common Core Division Lapbook

I just purchased your product and I think it is going to be great. Do you have a blank copy of the pages that you could send me, or send them in Word format? Texas does not follow the Common Core Standards, we have TEKS, and are required to teach some different poems and terms than the ones you have listed.

No, I don't have one yet, but I have my camera packed for tomorrow. I will tell you that it did take up the entire chalkboard length (but I spaced them almost a foot apart). My vocabulary words (from Ginger Snaps) are large and I needed that much room to make it work.

I was hoping for detailed directions as to how to make the different books... or a photo. Also, the font is adorable but it is so tiny and extremely difficult to read. I'm a special education teacher (consultant model and resource) and I'm afraid I won't be able to use this product at all :(

You can purchase the math manipulatives or the classroom library labels and they both have blank sheets at the end of the pack. Then, you can take a screenshot and save the image as a jpeg. Add that to a word document, insert a text box and then edit away :)

Sorry, just now reading this...email went to spam folder. I'll be better. These were made in word, so take a screenshot and save it as a jpeg. That's the best idea. My newer labels are all created in PPT, so you can now insert a text box and edit away. Hope this helps.

Hi there, I will blog about it a little more soon. Basically, each student starts out the day with a 20. For each time on the conduct report, they lose 5 points. At the end of the week, I add all the points to determine the average. Be on the lookout on my blog for more info soon.
