Do you have a multiply by combo pack or do I have to buy each separately?

Marcia Biederman re: Reflexive Pronouns ELD ESL Grammar Unit and Lesson Plan
There is a SERIOUS typo in the chant -- the wrong reflexive pronoun -- that confused my students. Please read over the chant and find the typo -- you will be surprised! Don't you field-test your materials? I had to spend 10 minutes telling my ESL students where the error was, and making sure that each of them (30 students) had written in the correct word. Over all, I don't find this package up to your usual standards. I love your past tense package; this is not as well-developed. I'm not going to leave feedback because I'd rather just communicate directly with you.

Thank you for taking the time to write and comment. I have read over the chant and I don't see the "typo" you are referring to. Over the past few years this particular packet is one I have given out to over 200 ELD teachers as part of an ELD make and take workshop. No one has identified a typo, so if you could please be more specific I will look into it immediately. Again, thank you for your time and comment. Lori

Hi Cherrye,
Thanks for your question.
We use the word "datecode" to represent the month, day, and year in numbers...9/9/12 or 9-9-12.

Hello,
I am writing you in regards to the Teacher Appreciation Jack Pot. I made a huge error. I was so excited on Sunday I spent hours and hours on a very slow computer going to every site that participated. I might have looked around a bit and became a follower. I was so inspired by all of you bloggers. Anyways, I went to every single site and added the TPA Freebie to my wishlist because the computer I was on has a virus and was not cooperating. SSSLLLOOOWWW!!!! So I thought if I just add it to my wish list on Monday morning I will download them on my school computer where I do all or most of my school work anyway. I was so excited I woke up super early so I could get to school and download them. Come to find out you had to pay for them. I wanted to cry. I emailed tpt and when they finally got back to me they said unfortunately there was nothing they could do. I was suppose to download them. I don’t recall ever reading that anywhere but I am very new to all of this. They said I had to email each one of you individually. Yes, then and there I just about started to cry. I had 120 items I added to my wishlist. I was on the computer all day Sunday doing this.
I am just wondering if you would be so kind to email or what ever you have to do so that I can download your freebie. I thought I would try! Thank you for your creative inspiring blog!!

I was going to purchase the preterite games/lesson plans, but after looking at the preview I noticed that there are TONS of errors with accent marks, and also spelling mistakes.??? I would have bought it otherwise...

Leanne36 thanks for the heads up. I had inadvertently used an unedited preview. The game is fine, but the preview wasn't. I uploaded the correct preview. If you email me I will send you a free game for the catch on this! It is my best selling product and you are the only one to notice the unedited preview! Thanks, Lori (lori@funtoteach.com)

I teach place value to the millions. Do you have something like this for 6 or 7 digit numbers?

Thanks for your inquiry. When I teach higher digit place value I copy the 3 digit sheet onto different colors and tape them together. The games work with those higher numbers and I use a paper clip to represent commas! Have fun!

Hi Lori,

Thanks for making such a great product! I'm going to use this in class soon..

What do I do with the answer cards for "pero ayer"? Are they supposed to be the back of the question cards? I'm going to laminate this so I to do it correctly....

¡Gracias!

Hi Chilangringo,
Thanks for your positive comments. I like this game pack too! It is always fun to hear from others that are using it. The word cards are used for some of the games and activities included in the package. Therefore, laminate the "pero ayer" cards and the word cards so you will have everything you need to play whichever game you want. Thanks again for your comments. Have fun!
