My fifth graders really enjoyed this activity. My change has been to make a paper with a fraction bar for my students to use to separate the two cards. This has been a great center activity for my students.

The program is great, once you learn how to operate it, Need to watch the youtube video to learn how to operate good teaching tool, Need to give more information on how to load new answers on new games, but once you know how to do it no problem, Everybody loves the game one of the best

This item was just what I wanted. There were no problems downloading it. It was very easy to learn. I watched the video about a month before actually purchasing the product, and within 5 minutes I had created a test puzzle and was able to use it. The reason for the lower rating on thoroughness was because it was tricky limiting myself to 15 characters per line of text. I was able to manage, though. I am thrilled with my purchase and can't wait to see the reaction of my students when I use it in the classroom.

I teach English and have been trained in English; but my urban district is having me teach MATH!! to help improve standardized test scores. (I'm not sure having an English teacher teach a subject that she's not trained to teach will help...however, I'm a team player and a good sport.) This card game is fantastic! Students are engaged because it's not the typical problems they've already done in Math. I was able to adapt the game so that students were adding fractions (both with like denominators and mixed denominators). Students could still compete AND learn! Thank you!

I just bought your game, and it is great! When I hit spin, however, the cursor starts going around the board silently for about a second or two before the beeping sound effect starts. When the beeping does start, it sounds very "blotchy" like videos do when they are buffering. Any insight? I am playing the game off my desktop. Also, am I able to delete some of the sound effects in the sound folder without disrupting the integrity of the game? Thanks!

It appears that your experience may be specific to your system. However, in the coming months I will examine if there is a way for me to speed things up more efficiently. I think it may be caused by the way the .NET framework is implemented on your computer. If I decide to rewrite the program in another computer language then I'll send you the new revision. Simply email me using the contact information provided in the game documentation so that I will be able to keep you informed of any future developments. Thanks for purchasing the game and I hope you have fun using it as a tool in your classroom.

I am so impressed by this program. The only part that I am struggling with is the speed of the spinner. It beeps no where near as quickly as yours does. The spinner will stop on an amount, but the beeping noise will continue for a few seconds. Any ideas?

The only thing I can think of is that perhaps your CPU is overburdened by software processes running in the background. You might try shutting down all unnecessary programs before playing the game. I hope this helps.

You must unzip the file you downloaded in order to use the game. I will assume that you have not done this. Do you know how to "unzip" a zipped file? It is also known as "decompressing" a "compressed" file.
