I bought your Charlotte's Web activity pack. There are only 11 activities that downloaded..not 14. All the activities are also coming up with a red X on them ... making them unusuable. Is it possible to fix this or get a refund? Thank you.

TEACHING EXPERIENCE
This is my seventh full year of teaching. I graduated as an elementary school major and have known that I wanted to teach since my mami brought me my first teacher's manual and desk from her social working job when I was seven years old. I have taught in urban schools both public and charter from Washington, DC to Barcelona, Spain and have always worked in a bilingual setting. Currently I teach fourth grade at a bilingual public school in Washington, DC.
MY TEACHING STYLE
I have always tried to base my teaching on the foundations of respect, community and honesty. I like to think that if you met me on the street or in the classroom, my approach and demeanor would be the same with you as it is with my students. Children appreciate being talked to with respect as much as they appreciate being an active member of their community. They see me as their teacher, but also as a working member of the classroom. Everything we learn and do, we learn and do together.
