I like the worksheets but the touch points are not correct for numbers 6 - 9.
-I don't know how to add another comment so I'm just editing my first comment.
With the touch points if you want to do stars that is okay. Stars just might be a little hard for students that are struggling in math because they can’t see that they are supposed to count it twice. I use the touch math program in my classroom and even with the stars 6 and 9's touch points are in the wrong place. You can look on their website to see where the circles or stars are supposed to be on 6 and 9. http://www.touchmath.com/index.cfm

Hi Emily, and thank you for your feedback! However, I'm not sure what you mean. The touchpoints for 6 to 9 are stars, which are to be counted twice. That is explained in the directions. Let me know if that doesn't answer your concerns. I see that you reflected this concern in your low mark for accuracy.

Hi Pegi! In order to place text inside the border when using word, you will need to insert a text box. You can just make the text box as big as you need it to be, which might be the entire inside of the border. I use Publisher to create my documents, and a lot of people use Power Point. If you haven't tried those yet, I highly recommend you give them a try. The flexibility for creating with text boxes and clip art are so much better! I hope that helps! ~Sonja

Hi,
I just purchased and printed the Morning Work Level 1 Packet 1 ( 52 days of basic skill practice) and I noticed some of the graphics are not printing. For instance the graphics on the 1st 26 pages that are right beside the writing line, I can see all the graphics on the pdf when I open it, but only the bee, stool (under), and violin show on the printed pages. I made sure I was in adobe because I know sometimes Preview causes weird printing errors. All of the smaller graphics in the boxes at the bottom are missing too. Any ideas?

Hello, and thank you for your purchase! I'm so sorry to hear you're having trouble printing. First, make sure you have the most current version of Adobe Reader (not preview). If that doesn't work, try this advice from TpT Tech Support:
1) Open the PDF file with Adobe Reader
2) Click 'print'
3) Click on 'advanced'
4) Check the 'print as image' box, and this should cover all potential issues
If that still doesn't work, email me at gradeonefun@hotmail.com and we will see if there is another way to get it to you!

Wow, thanks for the great question! These are new products as of September and December. If you use these every day, Packets 1 & 2 would last you around 100 days. I currently only use them 3 days a week, so they are lasting me longer :) I'm hoping to work on Packet 3 over the Christmas break, and post them in January/February. I hope that helps!

I REALLY appreciate the feedback. I left a message concerning the images on my post. Please check that as well. I see what you mean about showing what you're selling. Questions:
First, I'm fairly computer illiterate. In fact, on the Bible Study I posted for home school, I created a colorful cover page in a word document, but could not create a thumbnail out of that page...is it because it's a .doc? Do I need to create it in some other program to create jpeg or in the right format to be considered a picture?
Secondly, how do you get your cute little characters on your cover pages? Do you design them yourself?

Hi Bryan! I'm really happy to help! I'm a really new seller as well, and it's so fun to make these resources and make them available to others :)
The images I use are primary found at www.scrappindoodles.com. She sells really affordable clip art sets that are allowed to be used on TpT for profit. You can't use them for freebies to post online unless you buy a special license. A few of the really simple images I have created myself.
I work primarily in Power Point or Publisher. To upload the file I save it as a pdf. To make my thumbnails I save each page I want as a jpeg and make sure that the file is less than 200 kb. Then I use the "upload my own images" option and upload them that way. I'm not sure if you can save a word doc as a jpeg, but you could use the thumbnail generator and it might work for you! But, if you have publisher or powerpoint, you will have an easier time doing many things!

Hmm, interesting! After you downloaded it, did you unzip the contents and add them into a folder? You will need to add the clip art to your clip art library manually (at least that's how I do it!). To do that, search for Microsoft Clip Organizer > File > Add Clips to Organizer > On My Own. Then find the location that you saved the files to. I hope that helps! Let me know :)
