Hi there! I like to make them big on a Word document, PowerPoint, etc. Then, I make them transparent so you can see through them. Once you have made the frame the size you want, click on it, go to "format", then "color". Click on "make transparent". You will get a wand you can use to click on the frame so you can see through it. Then, you can put words, pictures, etc. in the middle of it. Also, you can make them small and do the same thing. I hope this helps! Feel free to ask me more questions if you have them!
