I didn't try any others, because I figured it would be the same. I even talked with someone from Microsoft. Any suggestions? I know you use your fonts in your products, so there must be a way and I am just missing it!

It is possible that your fonts are not being embedded.
Depending on the method you are using to create your pdfs. You may have to Make sure you check the 'Embed fonts' and 'Subset fonts' to 100% in your file options.
Take a look in the settings when you go t o convert and see if there are any options like that, otherwise please get back to me so I can help you sort it out

Anything in pdf will be great security, if possible add protection to your pdfs so that the images cannot be extracted. This will be in your security settings.
Just a line that says:

It means that you cannot buy my clipart and give it to someone else (paid or free AS clipart). That is what I am doing them as the creator of them. An image file is a .png, .gif or .jpeg for example. If you were to create another file like this with my clipart, or offer it in its original form, as you purchased it, it would breach my Terms of Use
Inserting it into a document, and creating a file, where the image is embedded and cannot be easily taken out, is how you can use them.
Does that make sense? I hope I am explaining it OK.

You will need to insert them into a file, e.g. Powerpoint AND then turn your file into a secure PDF file, so my graphics can not be extracted.

Graphics From the Pond (TpT Seller)
I allowed my clipart to be used in Smartboard files, but changed my terms in January 2013. So anything I made before then is OK, the terms in each download will specify. Smartboard files allow for easy extraction, so this is not allowed in my newer sets.

Hello! I've just downloaded one of your (adorable) freebies and gone through the terms of use. In there it says not to use them as logos. Would it be acceptable to use them in a product thumbnail? I'm not sure if you would consider this a logo or not and I don't want to do anything with your products that you don't approve of =] Buyers would not have access to the thumbnails - they would only see them when they go to my store.

Thanks so much for checking. A logo/button would be something that is avdertising your blog or store, but not a product thumbnail - so all is OK! :)
If you want to use them for other blog buttons etc, just email me, as long as I am aware of it, it is mostly OK, I just like to keep tabs on how they are used.

TEACHING EXPERIENCE
I started 'Graphics From the Pond' to combine my love of drawing, design and teaching! Through my work on digital teaching resources, I came to see a need for fun graphics that were not too "busy" - so that the actual content of the resource could shine through beyond the graphics.
