Hi. Thanks for your answers that it covers all phonic patterns.

I still need to know: When you cover ow (how) and ou (ou) (or ai/ay) or any number of pattern where there are different spelling patterns for one sound ----
are these on the same worksheets or are they are different ones?
Thank you.

We understand. Sorry the answer is yes and no. Why No, because in the first section of the book, the same sounding patterns are joined on various pages for the students to see the difference and to learn. Remember , each word there is supported by an image (picture). Whey Yes, because in the second part of the book there are spelling lists, where each and every pattern is separate (more patterns then in the first section, all existing ones as far as I know). Pronunciation guide is in front of the book and pronunciation "how to" is throughout the pages in both sections. I would provide you with samples if I could but as you know it cannot be done on personal bases through this system, even though I think that TPT is excellent. Tom

userpj re: English for Everyone - Spell, Read, Speak
Hi. I would like to know what letter patterns are covered in the product?
And for example, if you have ow (how) and ou (out) are these on the same worksheets, or are they on different ones?

Hi Userpj.
Sorry for the delay in answering your questions. Hana was extremely busy, and I wanted the answer to be exactly right.
English for Everyone - All letter-sound patterns, all phonic patterns and all spelling patterns are included. We have pictures for all patterns (words) where possible. if not possible as in "how, now" etc, the second part of the book has comprehensive spelling lists compiled according to phonic and spelling patterns and according to pronunciation. In the picture section, the patterns are organised following the same principles, so that the student learns the likes (similarities) and the differences.
It is the best spelling and pronunciation handbook, designed by a teacher and speech therapist (logoped).
Reading and Spelling Patterns - You may use the book without the LUK. Each page has answers but the student has to pick and tick the right one, it is up to you to correct the student's answers. With the LUK the student corrects himself automatically. Tom for Hana

Hi userpj.
Thanks for the interesting question! By spelling patterns I mean the patterns (graphemes) which are always pronounced the same. Some time we call them spelling rules. For example: g joined with e makes the sound j, a after w is pronounced as o, etc (I am writing it here in a simplified form).
LUK code. Some of our books are self correcting, that means they are compatible with the LUK teaching/ learning system, which gives the student the chance to correct their own work automatically". LUK provides many more benefits (Goggle explanation Jays' Education home page etc). However our books may be used without LUK as well.

Hi Mtjansky.
You may not like my answer because it is: Yes and No. Let me explain,
it widely corresponds with Australian National Curriculum, not with US Core... However it covers all aspects of the subject at low to mid Primary, therefore it covers what curricula are asking for. I suggest that you download the free preview and if you need extra info, ask again.

Thank you very much for your interest, it is excellent to have some contact and feed back

Hi Sandra, thanks for your question.
The Four Operation Handbook shows and explains all possible visual strategies foe addition, subtraction, multiplication and DIVISION.
Workbook Division explains strategies to divide 2 digit numbers by 2 and 4. It explains how to solve simplifying fractions and multiplying fractions by a whole number by using the strategy of division.
Hana Jay
Sandra, you may download the sample pages of both books from TPT as usually. if you wish you may talk to Hana on Skype. The address is jays.education . Tom Jay
