I laminated and put magnets on the back of these. I am writing the D.O.L. sentence on it each morning. Now I have one for each month. The students enjoy correcting the "password sentence of the day" on it. Thank you!

Do you have the same activity for all the other units for 1st grade? Also what format is the file? I have 5 dyslexic kids for this upcoming school year and would like to modify the number of words for them, so I was wondering if there was any way to do that once i've purchased the file.

This file is in PDF form so is not editable. I would be happy to modify it with fewer words if you would like.

I saw your posting on the Sellers Forum page of Teachers Pay Teachers; so, I thought I would look at your freebie. Since you are new, here are a few suggestions that might help you to better market your products.
First, make a cover page for EVERY product you create which can then be used as an attractive thumbnail to entice buyers. Move you "ad" and acknoledgments to the last page so that the second page which is a directions or suggestions page. Use the footer to put the copyright symbol, your name and date of creation on EVERY page. Items, especially free ones, have been "stolen" from TPT and posted on other sites to be sold. You have to protect all of your creations. Also, number your pages.
Have you considered making this resource a landscape instead of a portrait view? That way Birthday would fit on one page. Just a thought.
I think it is important that we see what others are doing; so, feel free to look at any or all of my freebies listed below. If you care to, a rating or any feedback you might have would be great. I love to know what new people think.
