I but this packet together and bound it with a comb binding machine. My students meet with me and we have freguent conferences where they record their data. Extremely helpful!

I'm so sorry you're having difficulty opening the resource. I've not had any trouble with others downloading and I've sold 100's of these. It might be your version of Adobe. Check the version of Adobe that you are using to open it and try downloading the newest version. If you still have trouble, place a ticket with TpT and they will assist you.

I recently purchased your data binder for fourth grade. When I went to print a copy, the school year says 2012-2013, and my plan is to use it for the next school year 2013-2014. I can't change the year as it is Adobe format. When do you think you will have the updated version? I just want to get a jumpstart on the upcoming year. Thank you.

I'd be happy to send you a blank grid for you to create your own CCSS statements. Most PDF files cannot be edited because they are secured with passwords. Sellers do this to prevent copying since they put a lot of time and energy into their products.

I love this document, but I'm looking to edit parts. For instance, I would like to put my school's 'I Can' statements in. Additionally, I would like to adjust some of the vocab to tailor this to my school. We don't use 'quarters' or accelerated readers.
Also, could you please explain to me the progress monitoring chart that ranges from 0-100. I was thinking the monitoring would be more in terms of meeting, exceeding, etc. What do the numbers actually correspond to, and what would each 'week' encompass? Progress for the entire week?

Thank you so much for the feedback. I would be happy to work with you to help you edit the parts you like. I've included some blank documents for you to adjust for differences in schools and expectations. The progress monitoring would be used by the students to monitor daily or weekly progress on assessments you may choose to use, for example; spelling. I hope that answers your questions.
