I like schedules and routines because I firmly believe children thrive when they can rely on structure. I also believe students will succeed when the conditions are appropriated conducive to a positive experience. Thus, my teaching style is structured, with flexibility for diversity among the student body.

I am a creative by nature. I enjoy writing and playing with art. In my spare time I read for fun, doodle my thoughts, or create mixed media art. I am passionate about making learning fun for students again. Today's children face so much more at an early age than my generation did. I believe the classroom should be a safe place where students can enjoy the process of learning and discovery.
