I added all of the Treasures units to my wish list but when I counted them there were only 23 that I could find. There are 5 weeks per unit so I was thinking there should be 30 unless you didn't do the Time weeks. How many units are there that you have made? Will you be making a unit for all of them?

Isn't the word "desert's" in the story really a contraction rather than a possessive noun? Twice, I think there are nouns that are really used as contractions...please let me know if I am mistaken...

When I created the possessive foldable, I wanted "desert's" used as a possessive for the children to put into a sentence. For example: The desert's plants are green. The foldable does not say the possessive words are from the story, because some of them are not.

Thank you so much. The reason I create the Treasures Units is because that is what I use in my classroom. I usually only create units that I will utilize with my class. I like to make sure they work well before selling them. I also have access to the materials each week. I am not familiar with the Scott Foresman Reading Street. If you want to use foldables and graphic organizers with your reading series, I have several units you can use- just program in the vocabulary, skills or stories you want to focus on. I am so glad that you love them! I do not use them as assessments... I think of them as spiral review of the topics that have already been taught. I teach second grade so I go over these sheets each day with my class. Lots of times I pick one of the topics on the page to use a brief mini-lesson. I have found it has really strengthened their skills from the daily review. Thanks again for your interest.

Hi Irene. I wanted to thank you sooooooooooooo much for all the wonderful activites, games, and worksheets that you have compiled for this story and many others I have downloaded from teachers pay teachers. I've been racking my brain each week for activties (hands on) and games to play with the students and these are exactly what I have been looking for! So thank you, thank you! On another note, I have a question about the packet for the "Ugly Vegetables." There is a paper for "The Water Cycle," it looks like a square and the words are written at the top and bottom of the page. I'm not sure if I cut out everywhere on the solid line and then fold on the dotted lines. If i do this it will be in two different parts. This is correct? I guess I had a long day at teaching because I can't figure it out. If you have a minute to email me, that would be great! Again, thank you for all the wonderful activities!!!!!! My kiddos are going to LOVE them!

For copying purposes it would be easier if all the answer sheets were at the end instead right after the page. I don't usually need to print the answer sheets so this makes copying awkward. Just a thought...

Please help me! I am having problems printing so the fonts at the top are clear. I know I am probably doing something wrong. I just bought the Mice and Beans and the tops of some titles are printing out blurry. They look like a big black smudge at the top of the papers. Some of them are black and smudge like in the boxes. I plan on buying all of them. I just need to figure out how to print them so they are clearer.

The sheets that have exact answers have the answer sheet as part of the pack- example, ABC order. There are no answer sheets for the graphic organizers since there can be such a variety of different answers.

We just started using this series this year and I would love to have your resources for each week. I teach in NC so our book may have the stories in a different order, I am now in Unit 5

The original set of six did not have multiplication. Then I got requests so I added to the packet. Only the last 2 puzzles of the 8 are multiplication- very basic facts like 2x3.

There is no answer key for number 6. The skill is recognizing what range the numbers are in to color by that code.

Each foldable is one page. Just print out, cut out the large rectangle outline on the solid line. Then fold on the solide black line that runs down the middle of the page. Finally, cut on each of the dotted lines to make the flaps. The children then record information inside each flap.
