I just purchased the arctic animals pack from TPT. I downloaded it and went to save it on my desktop and it said I needed the password to save it. I am assuming that since I have bought this, I should be able to save it. Could you please give me the password so that I am able to do this. Thank you so much. The unit looks fabulous!

Hello...I too am having trouble opening it with Adobe X...it says the pdf is secured and crashes Adobe. I've tried downloading a few times with the same result. Any help is greatly appreciated....that packed looks great and I can't wait to open it!

Unfortunately the issue is not my end, I have just downloaded and opened the file using Adobe X w :( Have you tried using a different version of Adobe to open the file (please make sure you are not previewing the file). The only security on the file is disabled copy/paste and modify. I have double checked. Are you using a PC or Mac?

Please try downloading again. I have checked the settings for the document and the only thing you need a password for is to modify and copy/paste. These options are the only two disabled. Let me know.

I am not able to order off of your website :( I have tried several times & have done everything from turning cookies off (disabling) to turning my norton off. I actually asked for help via your website but never recieved a reply. I am not sure why you can not refund me "due to the nature of the product" I purchased it twice on mistake??? I guess I can always contact TPT.

TEACHING EXPERIENCE
I first began working in the Early Years sector in 1997 whereby I started my associates degree in Early Childhood Studies at Guildford College of Further and Higher Education. I graduated with merits and distinctions, earning a place at the University of Worcester, UK. In 2001 I achieved a BA (with Honors) in Early Childhood Studies. Since then my career has taken many wonderful twists and turns. Having worked at the Henry Tyndale School with Autistic children, I took a place in Nagoya, Japan at an International Early Years Program. As the youngest foreign employee, I earned two promotions in 6 months, earning the title of Programme Coordinator and Senior Nursery Nurse (preschool teacher). I offer my thoughts and ideas through blogging at Itsy Bitsy Learning and Itsy Bitsy Printables, in the hope of inspiring others.
