Hi Jamie, I bought your Balto (Harcourt) unit (I love it!) but my page numbers are different from yours. I must have an older or different edition of a Harcourt anthology. I was wondering if you'd be willing to share a Word doc version that I could edit myself. I started whiting-out page numbers on the printed PDFs, but it got pretty messy for me. I just bought Why Mosquitoes Buzz in People's Ears and I have a question about page 6. Please check abc order #6 and also at the bottom where you are adding a suffix. What would you add to church? I thought maybe churchly? The suffix es is not listed to be used. I don't think my students would know the word churchly. I guess it could be a new voc. word for them.

I LOVE the packets that you put together for Harcourt Trophies, Grade 3!!!!! I was just wondering if there was a way to buy all of the Grade 3 stories in one packet, for one price? If not, that's ok. I think it would depend on the grade level you are using it for. If you go to this website: http://www.corestandards.org/the-standards, you can search the Language Arts standards for the grade level you are using it for to see if it aligns. I didn't purposely create this unit for common core, but I do know that compare/contrast is a skill in most grade levels in common core.
