A flipchart is used with the Promethean Activ Boards. You will need Activ Inspire downloaded on your computer, in order to open it. You can use the flipchart without having a Promethean board, but you must download Activ Inspire. You can do that for free on Promethean Planet's website. I hope this helped!

I just tried to open it and had no problem with the file. Do you have Activ Inspire downloaded on the computer you are using? I am not sure what the problem might be. I have not taken it down, but I know the other night I was having a difficult time downloading things onto the TpT site. Just let me know if you are still having problems and I will try to email it to you.
