Lovely houses, perfect for display or as a booklet. Every classroom should have these and it is all done for you. It has saved me hours of work. One tip- if they were colour coded you could say to the kids- "Remember the Blue list" and it might help them associate the pattern with a colour.

Just thought you would want to know, PRACTICE is MISSPELLED... it says practise for each game. Do you have this in a format I can edit it so I can use it. I don't feel right sending it home for with a deck of cards for parents with a misspelling. Thanks a bunch

Hi there, Thanks for your feedback. I am an Australian teacher and practice is a noun, practise is a verb. Therefore my booklet contains the word practise as it is in the context of a verb. I believe American spelling has only one form - practice used for both the noun and the verb so it may appear that my booklet has spelling mistakes. I have an American version (with your spelling conventions) which I am happy to email to you. I cannot upload 2 files for download on this site and as my location is stated as Australia, I was advised to upload the Australian version. Thank you! This is a great simple reader for preK-K. Only suggestion is to make an additional black and white copy so students can color it after highlighting key words. As a teacher, it is less expensive to create black and white copies for each student then color. Though I do feel the students should see the teacher's color version to aid in decoding. Wonderful book. Thanks for making it free!

I have over 15 years experience as an Early Childhood educator with children aged from 3 to 10 years.
MY TEACHING STYLE
I believe learning should be fun and it is so important that a child feels successful in the learning process. With that in mind, I design my teaching resources. They are all tried and tested and very much loved by the children in my care.
