I used this packet in my 7th grade English pull out class. This class is for students on IEP's that have difficulty in general education English. The students were able to use most of the information - it was thorough and detailed and helped the kids comprehend the story. Thanks!

I inquired with the TPT website tech person and was told the file is fine. However, Mac users need to update their adobe reader, then 'open with' adobe
reader (control-click on the icon, click 'open with' then choose
'adobe reader'. Otherwise it defaults to 'preview' which doesn't look right.

I tutor an 8th grade student who reads at about a 5th-6th grade level. We had read Hatchet and decided to read Brian's Winter as a follow up. I printed off the entire lesson plan and put it into book form for him to work on as we read the book. It has been invaluable. Thanks!
