This is such a cute and practical idea. Planning to implement this beginning next year. I'm excited to have a resource for the kiddos to be able to use (when I've tried with nametags in the past, they have gotten destroyed or lost because they are too little) as well as a functional way to keep track of work that needs to be finished. There is a typo on the pentagon poster. It's description says "has 2 long sides and 2 short sides-has 4 corners-looks like a door " I emailed seller, but never heard from her. I know it was a simple mistake and I would love to have a corrected poster - they are great for my bulletin board.

It sounds like there's an incompatibility in the Adobe program - sometimes if you're not using the same version I did it has that problem. Chances are you need to update your copy of Adobe Reader, which is free here:

I'm so glad you like them! When you print them out, on the print menu go to "Page Size and Handling" and click "Multiple". That will allow you to choose to print them 2 pages to a sheet. I would try "Custom" and print them 1 by 2 vertically and that way you'll have smaller cards. Hope that helps!

I hatch baby chicks in my classroom every year so of course I had to have your unit!! But a lot of the pages had black streaks across them. Why do you think that is? I remember this happened to me once before so I used a newer computer in our lab and it still does that. I love your game it is very cute. I teach pre-k so I will use some of your products in a slightly different way. I was wondering if you had an egg for 1 + 1 and a bunny for 2. I actually have a cute song I teach my kids about doubles from 1 to 6 so I would need 1 + 1 = 2. I also would love to use the bunny numbers for a fun song I use by Heidi Butkus about counting by twos to twenty and hopping like a bunny so I would need the number 2.

I played this game with my 1st graders today. We were using the pack that focuses on short a and I found a mistake. The card that says, "Who has pad?" should say "Who has pan?"
I thought I had lost a card and we had to stop the game. But I pulled up the game and found out what went wrong.
I love the cards - soooo cute - - and just what my kids need right now PLUS it keeps me all so engaged.
Just wanted to let you know.

I downloaded the latest version of Adobe Reader and opened it in Adobe but when I print it some of the pictures on some of tha pages are off - like a section of the elephants trunk runs down through his ear, or on the cover page a square section of the tigers face is shifted to the right. Hi! If the characters aren't showing up, its usually because Adobe Reader isn't updated. If you go to your purchases tab you can also click on "download difficulties" at the top right and choose to either contact TPT or have the file emailed to you. I know the TPT support staff is usually stellar at helping out with things like this. You can also email me at ingen77@yahoo.com and I will email you a file personally. I've sold quite a few of the School Owls Roll & Covers recently and no one else has reported an issue, so hopefully this is just a one-time glitch! To print only the pages you would like, open your print window and select the "Pages" rather than "All" setting. Then you can just type in the page numbers that you would like to print. Unfortunately you cannot edit the pdf, so to make your own cards you'll have to print off the blank cards and write the titles by hand. If you'd like, you can email me at ingen77@yahoo.com with your titles and I will type them in so the font matches for you :)

If you purchase them and want any changes to the wordage I would be happy to make them for you. I can also add/change the signs to include IPad, Construction (there is a "Blocks" sign in the pack but I can change the title and "I am" statements for you if you like). Thank you for the link. I like the pocket chart signs too but I don't use pocket chart center rotations. I use one sign and they hang their animal under the sign. What I was looking for was the same as your pocket chart only 1 to a page, maybe landscape size so I can attach 2 hooks for the kids to hang up the cards so it would be a matter of resizing what you have. I think that would work. Is that possible?
