MY TEACHING STYLE

I am a very flexible and accommodating teacher. I take my time teaching a concept so that everyone understands it, but is also challenged by my teaching. I use a hierarchy system, starting from the bottom of an area and allowing my students to build until we reach the top of the lesson. Everyone has a chance to participate in their own learning.

I am married with two adult children. My husband is a fighter pilot for the United States Air Force. My son is a full time fireman for the Sumter County Fire and Rescue. My daughter is a full time student at Francis Marion School of Nursing. I have three dogs; I love to read, go boating, spending time with friends, and most of all spending time with my children.
