Jennifer - I am still having difficulty. The fonts downloaded onto my Mac but I am unable to use them in Microsoft Word. I did some internet searches to try to find some help, but I am getting nowhere. I also deleted the file and downloaded it again and did a restart of my computer with no luck.

Jennifer - I just love these fonts. I had no difficulty using them on my PC, but now I am trying to use them on my mac that I use for school and am having difficulty. I was able to download them but they are not showing up in Microsoft Word. Any ideas? Thank you!

Sorry for the delayed response. They should work on a mac as well, since that is what I use. Have you imported them into your font book? Open up your Font Book in your Applications folder. Then drag and drop the fonts into the All Fonts folder in your Font Book. Let me know if this helped!

The files are in a zipped folder. You need to unzip the folder in order to open the other files. Were you able to unzip the folder? If you were, which files were you not able to open?

Hello! I just bought a fraction test that you created and the pictures did not show up. Only rectangles with X's in them. Any suggestions on how I can fix this:)

I looked it up and it has something to do with the images being damaged. However, when I tried downloading it on another computer the images showed up just fine. I changed the document from a .doc to a .docx. Maybe that will help. Try downloading it again. If it doesn't work, I'll send you a .pdf version. Sorry for the hassle.

It should open on a Mac as it was created on a Mac. It will download as a folder that has both PDF's and Word Documents. It is a zipped folder so you may have to unzip it. If it still doesn't work, email me directly at jvanhill17@gmail.com and I can email you each piece individually. Sorry for the troubles.

Jennifer Van Hill  (TpT Seller)
Once you have downloaded the fonts, you need to unzip the folder in order to get the files. Once you have the files, you need to add them to your font folder. For Windows users, go to My Computer, and then click on Control Panel. In classic view, find the font folder. In category view, click on Appearances and Themes. Look to the left of the screen and it will say See Also: and then click on Fonts. Once you are in the fonts folder, all you have to do is move the files into the Fonts Folder. Once that is done, you should be able to use all of the fonts. If you have any questions, please email me at jen@jvanhill.com and I will be happy to help you.

Jennifer Van Hill  (TpT Seller)
I've had the red X problem on documents that friends have sent me before as well. One of the best ways to solve the problem is to reinsert the images. Since you don't have them, it's kind of hard to do. Email me at jvanhill17@gmail.com and I'll send you a PDF of the document so that you can have the images. Sorry for the inconvenience!

Hi there Jennifer, Would you happen to know what font(s) are most popular in US schools? I am from Australia and we use a range of different fonts here. Do you also know where I could download the font(s) from? Thanks for your time.

Some of the popular fonts here are Times New Roman, Arial, Verdana, Gill Sans, Helvetica, Georgia, and Comic Sans. Most Operating Systems come standard with these fonts as these are common fonts used on the Internet. Let me know if you don't have them and I'll ask around as to where you can download them.

Buyer re: Bar Graph Activity
Hi Jennifer,
I bought your Bar Graph Activity. Can you explain why the sheet asks the student for 5 answers to their survey, but the graph has 7 spots for the bars (and the table has 6) I believe. Can you explain to me further how you use the blackline masters.

Thanks,

Carol

The reason the table has six rows is because I had my students use the first row to label their table. Looking back I see that the graph should only have 5 spots. Please adjust your word document accordingly. Sorry for the confusion.
