I just purchased and downloaded your time to the 1/2 hour bingo game. When I try to print it, the program will not allow me to print and says that there are no pages selected. I tried on two different computers and had my school's technology teacher help and we still can't get it to print. Is there a trick to printing this that I don't know? And if I can't get it to print, could I have a refund? Thanks so much!

Thanks for offering to send me the file! I think it must be an update issue. I wonder, if I have a later update than your file was created in?
Anyway, I ended up using the snipping tool, pasting it into a new file and printing it. So I don't need the file; I'm all set. I appreciate your quick response though!

I bought your diagraph bingo game today, and am having printing problems. I did as you advised another buyer, and clicked the print as image box. That allowed it to print, but the game boards all have errors. Lines in the middle, and parts of other gameboards overlayed in the upper right hand corner. It looks right in both acrobat reader and the print screen, so I can't send you a screen image.

If you can view the your PDF file correctly on screen but it fails to print correctly, try following these steps:
With the PDF file open in Acrobat Reader or Acrobat, from the File menu, click Print.
In the Print window that appears:
Windows: Click to check the Print as Image checkbox.
Macintosh: Click the Advanced button, and click to check the Print as Image checkbox in the Advanced Print Setup window.
Click Print.
If you don't see the option to "Print as Image" be sure that you have the latest version of Adobe Reader (available free from Adobe).

Hey! Sorry there are printing problems!! I don't understand why some things print fine one day and then give other people trouble the next!! So confussing... Anyway try two things- first try printing the document as an image or as a picture. This has worked for someone else for a different file. If that doesn't work, try printing the document by skipping the first two pages (the cover and directions page). Also you can try printing the file one page at a time! If all this fails send me your email and I'll send you the file directly and try to remove some of the "fluff" decorations which might be causing the problem! Sorry and keep me posted!
