No I don't give them the websites. I feel that the students need to be able to find the information themselves. Heck we had to use those dusty old encyclopedias. They can do it. Just my philosophy.

i assume that you are using the jeopardy game. To go from category to category, just click on the money amount on each column. As f6r the scores, i will check that. usually you can just type the m6ney amount on the c6ntenant space.

A zipped file is just a condensed file. I think you can open it on any computer, including a MAC. i can send you all of the files, but I don't think that this is necessary. It is a simple process. Just click on the file and it will open and open the individual files. Any computer can open them.

I would be interested in using some of your materials on my website universalhomeschool.com (this website is due to be released in August 2011). The site will mainly focus on teaching videos for children who are being homeschooled, or need the extra help. We will offer math, reading and writing. I started building this site about a year ago and during this time I have been creating videos, quizzes, worksheets and lesson plans. I originally wanted a site that would be available for free to parents and teachers. Unfortunately because of the cost of the hosting, development, materials, and other overheads having a free site would be impossible so I will be charging a yearly fee to have access to the site. This will be anywhere between $30 and $50.
Therefore I am asking you for permission to use your work on my website. I will pay for your materials, give you the credit, create a link to your page and give you free membership.

I think this is the second time you have written so you seem really upset about this. Really there was no offense intended. I am not an African American, but had a black roommate in college and spent three years of my life on the African Continent. This in no way excludes me from prejudice, but again I meant no offense by the caricature of LeBron. I hope you noticed that both of my examples were African Americans. Realize that caricatures are supposed to be funny. When I wrote the lesson I actually liked Lebron. That was before he trashed his hometown team!
Anyway, I will remove it, but I hope that you have not written off the lesson because of this issue. Anyway it may take a few days because I am in the middle of the term.

Yeah, I hadn't thought about that! It was an example letter to show the format. It came from an adult version of the Dear Abby lesson I used in ESL. Probably not appropriate for kids. You can use the format and do another.

I am working on it as we speak. I am a little busy because of school. I can post what I have if you want. When do you need it by? I have almost finished Chapter 6, 8, and 10. Are you interested in 1-5? If you buy that other one, I will work on 6-10 and get it done in a week or so. Are you just starting the book? I have the meat and bones of it and I could also post what I have.

Jim-- Can I change the questions in the jeopardy game once I purchase it? I have 4th and 5th graders and may need to replace some of the mythology information that is not appropriate to their age.

You may change anything you wish. It is in Power Point format and my kids (9th graders) really love it. In fact we will be doing Greek Myths again soon. So it is yours to kick, throw against the wall, or cast to the underworld LOL.
If you are interested I have a 25 file, "The Humongous Greek Myth Bundle," which is about everything you need to teach Greek Myths. If buyers buy it I send them other stuff that I have free via E-mail for free. This is stuff I did not create, but use. If you need anything else let me know
