So excited to have this unit. It will hit a lot of targets/expectations of the class in math, language, science and language. I'm especially pleased that it focuses on the turkey-no Pilgrims, which I don't do here in Canada-so will be ideal at Thanksgiving time in October. Thank you for the black/white masters as well as the coloured ones!

TEACHING EXPERIENCE
I have taught most everything from preschool to University level. I have taught K/1 and 1/2 multi-age classes. I am currently teaching 1st grade and will loop to 2nd grade next year.
MY TEACHING STYLE
I believe that if the kids are having fun they will stay engaged longer. I teach in short bursts with lots of practice in the form of games and centers.

I earned a teaching certificate from a private college in Kentucky. I completed my master's degree at Michigan State University in child development and family studies. I also have early childhood certification.

I am the mother of two grown boys and wife to a retired pastor. I have a wonderful daughter-in-love. Our dog, Rez, is a rescue from Canada.
