Monica McHugh  (TpT Seller) re: Writing a Letter Game
Hi
This game is so great but I was wondering how you played it with your class. Could you give me instructions? Thanks!

I had the students play in groups of two or three. I had them place the cards face down. Player one draws a card and chooses an answer. Then the other player checks the answer to key. If player one was correct then he/she rolls a dice to move on the board. If the answer is incorrect then players switch turns. Did you print out the free game board?

For the angry birds fraction of a set, do you print them out in colour for each student? I only have B&W copying at my school so I'm not sure how I can have the kids determine the colour of each bird.
Thanks for any tips! Looks fun!

If you have a projector, perhaps projecting the color image from the computer onto a screen may help.
Another idea is to have the kids quickly color in the handout before they work on it. My students are really familiar with the game and know the characters better than I do. Hope this helps.
