Tina Steele  (TpT Seller) re: Lodging/Hotels and Vacation Unit
What are the objectives of this unit? This sounds like it is well put together, but I am trying to see if it will fit in to the required tasks on my syllabus. Thanks so much!

TEACHING EXPERIENCE

Taught three years at a SE Portland high school and now teaching on the coast. I teach foods and nutrition, family development, child psychology, culinary arts, middle school FACS, and hospitality and tourism. I also worked for the Disney company for four years. I'm an adviser for culinary arts, customer service, and cake decorating for Skills USA and even had students attend and win at nationals two years in a row!

MY TEACHING STYLE

Student-centered, cooperative learning, and performance-based assessments are my style of choice. :)
