Hi-- I think this reply may have been for a different product. This is just a list of vocabulary...no mention of voting paper or 2 states or electoral votes. I also cannot find the word 'there' or 'their' anywhere in the document, which is why I'm thinking this comment may be for something else. Please let me know if I'm mistaken.
