Created The TreeHouse Academy for providing online professional development curriculum for educators.

Hope Blecher-Sass and I have created a model called Read-Reflect-Write-Post-Collaborate. The idea is to take a new online learner and help them build confidence in starting with reading and reflection questions. We honor the experience that adult learners bring to the online learning experience. Then learners respond to discussion questions from their online coach. Finally the coach encourages the learner to particpate in ongoing dialogs about teaching.
