Hi! It's me again! We are ending our year with a project on the three branches of government. My sharp students caught another error - on your three branches packet it states that they are eight associate justices - one of my students mentioned that there are nine total - counting the cheif justice. This is what he brought to me:

I made and copied and laminated tons of task cards at the beginning of the year, but unfortunately they were lost in Hurricane Sandy. I am planning on doing the same next year and keep them in individual ziplock bags in plastic shoes boxes organized by strand. What do you do? I am always looking for new ideas!

I am needing clarification of some dates -Oct. 17, 1776 - I could find nothing on this date, however the Surrender at Saratoga was on that date, but in 1777. Couldn't find anything on Sept. 23, 1790, but on Sept. 23, 1780 Benedict Arnold was exposed as a spy. Could find nothing on May 12, 1790, but in 1780 we suffered our greatest defeat at Charleston. Please help!
