I am sorry, for the price, the five sheets of unoriginal material is not worth it. No diagrams, no connecting questions, no indication of correlation to ANY standards. 1/3 or more of 4 of the 5 sheets is blank (perhaps to allow for responses). Most troubling was this was a blind purchase with NO Preview available. I purchased based on intended content and stated qualifications of the author. Perhaps it should contain questions/information that will allow educators to differentiate between the grades 7 - 10. The first page content was sound but all that info could be found free on other sites. Unfortunately, the only "Adventure" in the content was the ride I as the teacher was taken for.

This is a good unit for simple machines. It has good ideas to demonstrate with classes. It would be great if it included pictures with the descriptions. A very solid unit.

I was very disappointed. I was expecting a unit not 2-3 short lessons and only 1 lab activity. This should have been priced for under 5 dollars.

Good idea though nothing new. Good that hands-on activitiesvity provided... BUT:
The activity says "Paste the 16 examples of genetic traits on" but there is no list of 16 traits provided.
"Recessive" mis-spelt "receive" in first para.
Doesn't make it clear why "a dominant or 2 recessive traits" actually are the traits we see. Maybe would benefit from adding a Punnet Squares activity?

TEACHING EXPERIENCE
I have 25 years of teaching experience. The majority of the time I was teaching grades 7 - 12 in the area of science. I have written many curriculums for cross curriculum applications for grade 10 through college. Designed and developed science classes for future elementary (grades 5-9) teachers. The classes met national standard, involved major hands on learning styles and were in all science areas (Physics, Earth Science, Chenmistry and Biology).
