The activity went well. The cards are blurry but you can still read them. I would like to have all the same variable so that it adds a little bit more difficulty. Students quickly learn they don't match because the variables are different so they don't actually do the problem.

I really like the idea of using dice to pick the value of x, however I don't really understand the part about finding the difference. Since there is no division by x or subtraction of x, the largest dice roll would always win (without doing all the work). I will definitely use it for evaluating expressions and polynomials, but will probably skip the part about finding the difference.

I saw your store on the home page of Teachers Pay Teachers; so, I thought I would look at your freebie. Since you are new, here are a few suggestions that might help you to better market your products.
Add some clipart to add color or just color some of your font. For some reason buyers like color on the original even though they may copy your product in black and white. Also, create a cover page for each of your products which can then be used as an attractive thumbnail to entice buyers. You might also add a second page which is a directions or suggestions page for the teacher. (How do use this? What does it go with? Etc.) List several ways you use this product in your classroom. Never assume that a buyer knows how, why, or when to use your product.
Use the footer to put the copyright symbol, your name and date of creation on EVERY page. Items, especially free ones, have been "stolen" from TPT and posted on other sites to be sold. You have to protect all of your creations. Also number your pages. Finally, unless you want your products revised (I do for my tests) save everything in a PDF format as it is harder to change.
I think it is important that we see what others are doing; so, feel free to look at any or all of my freebies listed below. If you care to, a rating or any feedback you might have would be great. I would love your input since you also teach math.
