Each private, public, alternative, special, urban, suburban, teaching and leadership opportunity has provided experiences that have exposed me to all aspects of the educational process, building my confidence and ability to impact diverse populations.

During my undergraduate preparation at Purdue University, I completed requirements for both Elementary Education and Secondary Physical Education. After raising my children I completed a Masters of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from Indiana Wesleyan University, a K-12 Special Education certification in Serious Emotional Disability from Indiana State University, a K-12 license in Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University, and most recently the PhD in Educational Administration from Indiana State University.
I am an adjunct professor for Indiana Wesleyan University and am qualified to teach all subjects in the Masters of Education, Principal Licensure Program, and Transition to Teaching Programs.
