Lmichaels5 re: Operations with Real Numbers Foldables Value Pack
Hi Katie,
I just downloaded your operations with real number foldable value pack. For the price of $4.50, I assumed it came with the notes to put inside of the foldable. I am disappointed with only getting 4 simple templates for that price.

Hi. I am sorry you are disappointed with the purchase. The description of the item clearly stated though that "Students will fill in the rule for each operation with each type of number, along with an example, on the blank side."

Mary Beth Clark re: Math Notebook Guidelines
I love your Guidelines sheet! I just learned about Interactive Math Journals/Notebooks and I'm finding a lot of terrific resources such as yours for them online. I thought you'd want to know that there's a small typo in Reason #7. Instead of saying "...all work lets you erase..." it says "...all work let's you erase...".

I am a new teacher with 2 hours each of 6th 7th and 8th grade math students. I am trying to figure out the best way to implement common core into my lessons even though I am using a textbook aligned to P.A.S.S. standards. Domyou use activities and projects everyday in your class or do you also teach straight out of your textbook? Really struggling with grasping this new concept for the classroom.

Hi there. I definitely alternate what I do with my classes. I am using Interactive Notebooks this year, along with lots of foldables. We also do other activities and projects in class. However, there are times when we work from the textbook or worksheets doing problems. I think the key is to mix it up and not do the same thing every single day. Check out my blog for some ideas: http://msmathmadness.blogspot.com

Dana Ford  (TpT Seller) re: Grade 7 Math Common Core Content Standards Checklist
I teach 7th and 8th grade math and would like both of the Common Core checklists. Would it be possible to get an editable version? I would like to add a row of checklists for each standard.

Thanks!

Hi, the original file format is a .pdf. I'm not sure how to convert that to a Word document. Sorry!
