Unfortunately, my morning work packs are not. This is due to the clip art agreement for the clip art I used. The clip art artists do not like their work to be included in editable files because then people can just right click and have access to their clip art. They have to be "nailed down" in PDF format. I am sorry! :(

Hello Katie! I am a retired teacher, working as a part time IA in a kindergarten class. I love my job! I have been working with a student who is reading at a high first grade or low second grade reading level. His vocab is great, comprehension really not bad at all, however he has a very low attention span....typical boy, I guess! His mom is concerned that he may be ADHD....he really can't sit still at all. Anyway, I'd love to find some activities that will keep him motivated and inspired, other than just websites on the computer. Any ideas for me? I've searched through TPT, but haven't found what I need. Thanks so much for any help!

Well needless to say I am hooked on all of your great products! I love my morning work papers for Kindergarten! My kids ask for it when I'm running around in the morning and forget to put it on their tables! I love your monthly newsletter format but I've only found Sept-Nov! Please tell me you are making them for the whole school year! I would even pay a couple of bucks for the whole shabang! Please please please say that you are! Ive tried to make my own but they are pathetic compared to yours!

Hi! I really like your packet, but I am wondering how high your counting activities go. We have to have our K's number ID to 30 and have one-to-one to 20 by the end of the year and the samples seem easy for later in the year (at least for my school). Can you let me know so I can decide whether it will work for me? Thanks!

Thank you for your interest! I am looking at the last bit of morning work in the 2nd packet. The 2nd packet really doesn't deal with numbers above 20. While we may cover higher numbers during our math block, my thought when I made this was to keep the reinforcement at their independent level. That way, there aren't many questions and you can take care of attendance etc.
It may be too easy for your class. Another idea would be to take a look at my first grade morning work pack.

I just purchased Kinder Morning Work Pack. When I printed off the pages, starting with pages for September, the first sheet printed off beautifully, but after that, each sheet printed just a blob of ink at the top instead of the words, "Morning Work." Just the title. The rest of the worksheet looks terrific. Can you fix this before I continue to print them off?

TEACHING EXPERIENCE
I graduated from Auburn University with a degree in Elementary Education in 2007. I later attained a master's degree in Library Media. I've been teaching for 5 years (1 year 1st grade, 1 year 2nd grade, 3 in kindergarten).
MY TEACHING STYLE
I believe that young children learn best through play and hands-on experience. My instruction tends to be a balance of play/exploration and the drill that is mandated by our state. I tend to relate most subject areas to nature study and science because it is something I enjoy. Children naturally gravitate towards animals and nature and I love to foster their curiosity!
