First, make sure you have the latest version of adobe. Then, give the document a few minutes to load when you open it. Often files that contain a large amount of graphics takes awhile to fully load. If those two attempts do not work, contact technical support as they are FAR more tech-savvy than I am! :)

I bought your End of the Year Awards last May---just wondering if you added boy/girl versions for each subject (I believe Math had a boy---I would want to give the award to a girl . . . etc) Also, I noticed you added awards--can I reload and get the new awards or do I need to purchase the entire bundle to get the new ones??? Thank you--these are absolutely my favorite awards to give out. The parents had a good chuckle about several that were passed out last year!! Can't wait to give them to this class in 8 days!!!! :-)

Yes, I believe it can be. There are kite activities in this packet that are more specific to the first book, but you could make this work for all of the Flat Stanley books.

I discovered tht there are no book labels (small) to match the "bin" labels for Clifford, Bernstien Bears, Froggie, Curious George, Disney or Chapter Books. When I downloaded the labels there are book labels 2 & 3. Did #1 get left out by accident or are they not available?

I do not either! I had problems with the file previously, but worked with TPT Tech support and fixed all the issues weeks ago. The file is large with images. Sometimes it takes a while for the images to all load, especially if you do not have an updated version of adobe (this was one problem that was seen prior to the file being fixed). Also, if you have a Mac, try opening it with Adobe, NOT Preview as some images do not show up in preview.
If you continue having issues, please contact TPT tech support as they will have a MUCH better idea of how to fix your problem if it is not one listed above.

I can not send you the file unless it's a PDF due to clip art terms. I have no idea as to how to get the file to save on your computer, as I myself am just a little ol' teacher who is not that tech savvy! The black line files were causing bigger problems so I had to delete it. I apologize for you having so many problems as this file has not had previous issues. Fingers crossed TPT tech can help you! I just purchased your ABC Sound Spelling Worksheets and I noticed that the packet only contains the colored sheets not the blackline worksheets. Also it will not allow me to save the file on my computer. The error message states, "The document could not be saved. A number is out of range." The cover page also does not load correctly and the Uu page is not complete. I do have the latest version of Adobe Reader. Please help. I like the worksheets and am excited to use them however I'm disappointed with the problems I'm having.

Kelly - I finally figured it out. I was running the newest version of Adobe - Adobe XI. I had my husband try to open your document and he was able to get everything to load correctly-he was using Adobe 9.5, we then tried to open the file in Adobe X at school and it wouldn't load. I uninstalled Adobe XI from my computer and installed Adobe 9.5 and - - -it worked!! Everything loaded correctly! I'm not sure if there is something that you may need to fix, but I just thought I would let you and TpT know so that if people start to complain that they are not getting all of the information - it could be because they have updated their Adobe.

Hello! I purchased your jungle editable book binder and am having a lot of trouble with it. It downloaded as a zipped folder which I extacted. I can't change anything and the font is not readable. Stacy. I was told by TPT tech support that they see no problems with the product. Do you have an updated version of Adobe. Or try viewing it in Adobe rather than Preview. I'm not sure what else it might be as I am not a "techy" person and have not had any problems with this product thus far.

I also am having trouble with this purchase. When I download it their are no pictures just the cover page of each book (My Aa Book) The rest of each page is blank. I have tried on several other computers and have never has trouble down loading things before. Can I receive this another way? As a word doc or in an email?

Ok, thanks Kelly. I'll try it again. I've downloaded and printed 4 other packs today one of which was 128 pages and it came up immediately. Hopefully it will work We will think positive!

"I was able to download that product just fine. What sometimes happens with files like that with large graphics is they take a little time to fully load, and people freak out and think the pages are blank. If they are saying it is not printing correctly (blank pages, etc.), you could recommend this:
Choose the print icon.
Go to Advanced.
Choose Print As Image.
It usually fixes most printing issues, especially those related to large graphics.
