Linda Wozniak  (TpT Seller) re: Elementary Multiple Intelligences Survey
Hi there, I purchased the "Elementary Multiple Intelligence Survey" and I was wondering if it was possible to have the word document emailed to me? I'm not sure if the smiley and sad faces will go over well with my principal. Thank you so much I love the ideas with filing in the flowers!! LWozniak07@gmail.com

Hi Kevin:
I have a question about the first question on the survey; when it says, "Do you like to draw a pictures or tell someone, etc." should it read "draw a picture instead of telling someone" or something to that effect? In other words, is it supposed to be an either/or type of question? With the yes/no answer format, it looks like they are supposed to do both those things to answer yes but the question appears to pertain to the visual spatial flower so I'm presuming it's just supposed to be yes to the first half of the statement. Is that right?

By the way, I LOVE the look of the survey. I'm trying it out tomorrow.

Thanks for your help.
