Note: all songs begin with a piano introduction before you start to sing.

1) Deck The Halls
Deck the halls with poison ivy,
fa la la la la, la la la la.
'Tis the season to be slimy,
fa la la la la, la la la la.
Don we now our strange apparel,
fa la la la la, la la la la.
Troll the ancient Halloween carol,
fa la la la la, la la la la.

See the goblins rise before us,
fa la la la la, la la la la.
As we sing the Halloween chorus,
fa la la la la, la la la la.
Follow them as they ascend,
fa la la la la, la la la la.
Join with all your loony friends,
fa la la la la, la la la la.

2) Dry Bones
Ezekiel cried, "Them dry bones!"
Ezekiel cried, "Them dry bones!"
Ezekiel cried, "Them dry bones!"
Now hear the word of the Lord.
The foot bone connected to the leg bone,
The leg bone connected to the knee bone,
The knee bone connected to the hip bone,
The hip bone connected to the back bone,
The back bone connected to the shoulder bone,
The shoulder bone connected to the neck bone,
The neck bone connected to the jaw bone,
The jaw bone connected to the head bone,
Now hear the word of the Lord.

Them bones, them bones gonna walk a-round,
Them bones, them bones gonna walk a-round,
Them bones, them bones gonna walk a-round,
Now hear the word of the Lord. (Repeat the last part twice)

3) I’ve Been Digging in the Graveyard
I've been digging in the graveyard
All the live long night.
I've been digging in the graveyard
Just about to die from fright.
Can't you hear the spooks a howling
rise up so early from their graves,
Can't you hear the zombies calling,
"Come into our caves!"

Someone's in the casket with Dracula
Someone's in the casket I know oh-oh-oh
Someone's in the casket with Dracula,
Playing on the old dry bones and singing
Fee, Fi, Fiddley-i-oh,
Fee, Fi, Fiddley-i-oh, oh, oh, oh,
Fee, Fi, Fiddley-i-oh,
Playing on the old dry bones!

4) Grim Reaper Is Coming to Town
Oh, you better not shriek, you better not groan,
You better not howl, you better not moan.
Grim Reaper is coming to town!
He's gonna find out from folks that he meets,
who should have rotten candy for treats.
Grim Reaper is coming to town!
He'll search in ev'ry graveyard,
Haunted houses far and near,
To see if he should come for you
and give you lots of fear!
So, you better not shriek, you better not groan,
You better not howl, you better not moan.
Grim Reaper is coming to town!

5) Joy to the World, It’s Halloween
Joy to the world,
It's Halloween.
The night of fright has come!
This time of year we wait.
We hope he won't be late.
The Great Pumpkin will come,
The Great Pumpkin will come,
The Great, the Great Pumpkin will come.

We cannot wait for Halloween.
He's coming here tonight.
Let's go into the pumpkin patch
to maybe the great pumpkin catch
And we will have such fun,
And we will have such fun,
And we, And we will have such fun.

6) O Skeletons!
O skeletons! O skeletons!
Come rattle down my hallway!
O skeletons! O skeletons!
Come rattle in my attic!

O let them know, the day is here,
When all your bones to me appear.
O skeletons! O skeletons!
Come rattle through the graveyard!

7) Oh My Darlin’ Frankenstein
Oh my darlin', oh my darlin', Oh my darlin' Frankenstein,
You are lost and gone forever, I'm so sorry Frankenstein.
I was working with my test tube in my lab'ratory fine,
When one day I broke my glasses And I made poor Frankenstein.

He was handsome, he was charming, And I nailed his head on tight;
His teeth were nice and pearly, And his eyes came out at night.
Oh, his nose I made it quickly From a rotten apple core;
His tongue was nice and purple, And it hung down to the floor.

Frankenstein helped in the kitchen; He was baking up a cake,
When he fell into the mixer And got mixed up by mistake!
Cooking nicely in the oven, Oh, the cake it came out fine;
Told my friends the lumps were raisins, But the lumps were Frankenstein.

Oh my darlin', oh my darlin', Oh my darlin' Frankenstein,
You are lost and gone forever, I'm so sorry Frankenstein.

8) Oh Rest Ye Merry Goblins
Oh rest ye merry goblins,
let nothing you dismay.
Witches stirring bubbling cauldrons, smelling of decay.
To save you all from scarey spooks before your hair turns gray.
oh tidings of horror and fright,
horror and fright!
Oh tidings of horror and fright.

9) Over the Graveyard
Over the graveyard and through the tombs
to the haunted house we go.
The ghosts are a fright this spooky night
so come and join the show.
Over the graveyard and through the tombs
Just hear the dreadful cries
The banshees howl, the black cats yowl
their shrieking fill the skies.

Over the graveyard and through the tombs
where all the goblins meet.
Witches and ghouls They are no fools,
They all yell, "Trick or Treat."
Over the graveyard and through the tombs
The jack-o-lanterns gleam.
Bats fill the skies,
with glowing eyes,
Hooray! It's Halloween!

10) Pumpkin Bells
Dashing through the streets
In our costumes bright and gay
To each house we go
Laughing all the way.
Halloween is here
Making spirits bright
What fun it is to trick-or-treat
And sing Pumpkin carols tonight!

(Chorus)
Oh, Pumpkin bells! Pumpkin bells!
Ringing loud and clear,
Oh, what fun Great Pumpkin brings
When Halloween is here! (Repeat chorus twice)

11) She’ll Be Riding on a Broomstick
She'll be riding on a broomstick when she comes.
She'll be riding on a broomstick when she comes.
She'll be riding on a broomstick,
She'll be riding on a broomstick,
She'll be riding on a broomstick when she comes.

We will heat up the big black cauldron when she comes.
We will heat up the big black cauldron when she comes.
We will heat up the big black cauldron,
We will heat up the big black cauldron,
We will heat up the big black cauldron when she comes.

She'll be cooking toads and spiders when she comes.
She'll be cooking toads and spiders when she comes.
She'll be cooking toads and spiders,
She'll be cooking toads and spiders,
She'll be cooking toads and spiders when she comes.
We will feed the ghosts and goblins when she comes.
We will feed the ghosts and goblins when she comes.
We will feed the ghosts and goblins,
We will feed the ghosts and goblins,
We will feed the ghosts and goblins when she comes.

12) The Twelve Days of Halloween
On the first day of Halloween my true love gave to me:
an owl in an old dead tree!
2-Two trick-or-treaters
3-Three black cats
4- Four skeletons
5-Five scarey spooks
6-Six goblins gobbling
7-Seven pumpkins glowing
8-Eight monsters shrieking
9-Nine ghosts a booing
10-Ten ghouls a groaning
11- Eleven masks a leering
12-Twelve bats a flying

13) Up in the Pumpkin Patch
Up in the pumpkin patch, witches pause
Out jumps the Great One; hear the applause!
Down through the rows with goodies and toys
All for the followers' Halloween joys!
Haunt! Haunt! Haunt! Who wouldn't want...
Haunt! Haunt! Haunt! Who wouldn't want...
To be in the pumpkin patch? Cheer! Cheer! Cheer!
Waiting for the Great One and being sincere! (Repeat whole song twice)

14) We Three Ghosts
We three ghosts of Halloween are
Scaring kids who wander too far.
Trick or treating, candy eating.
from here to Zanzibar.
Oh, Oh,
Costumes scarey, what a fright.
Costumes are a spooky sight.
West winds howling, cat's a yowling
Let's play some tricks tonight.

16) March of the Martians
I'm a Martian slimey green
come to Earth this Halloween
come in search of something sweet
so come on and give me a treat!

On Halloween all the aliens are here
We all love the spooky atmosphere
We cannot resist the goodies so we say,
"Please give us the candy bar buffet!"

I'm a Martian spooky, huh!
I can't do no algebra.
But in eating I'm the best
yes, with candy I am obsessed!

Candy oh so good
more than ev'n I should.
I like to eat it 'til my face turns purple,
I like to eat it, oh, it’s quite sensational
Candy good oh so good
I can eat it after breakfast,
during lunch or any food fest.
I can eat it all! yea!

I'm a Martian can't you see
I eat sweets voraciously
So when I come to your door
give me lots of treats I implore!

17) THE PURPLE PEOPLE EATER by Sheb Wolley
Well, I saw the thing comin' out of the sky,
It had one long horn and one big eye.
I commenced a-shakin' and I said, "Ooo-wee!
It looks like a Purple People Eater to me."

It was a one-eyed, one-horned flying Purple People Eater,
One-eyed, one-horned flying Purple People Eater,
One-eyed, one-horned flying Purple People Eater,
Sure looks strange to me!

Well, he came down to earth and he lit in a tree,
I said, "Mr. Purple People Eater, don't eat me."
I heard him say in a voice so gruff,
"I wouldn't eat you 'cause you're so tough!"

It was a one-eyed, one-horned flying Purple People Eater,
One-eyed, one-horned flying Purple People Eater,
One-eyed, one-horned flying Purple People Eater,
Sure looks strange to me!

I said, "Mr. People Eater, what's your line?"
He said, "Eatin' purple people, and it sure is fine.
But that's not the reason that I came to land
I want to get a job in a rock-n-roll band!"

Well, bless my soul, rock-n-roll, flying Purple People Eater,
Pigeon-toed, under code, flying Purple People Eater,
(We wear short shorts!) Friendly little People Eater,
What a sight to see!

And then he swung from the tree and he laid on the ground,
Then he started to rock, a-really rockin' around.
It was a crazy ditty with a swingin' tune,
"Sing a bop-bap-a-boopa-lappa-lim-bam-boom!"

Well, bless my soul, rock-n-roll, flying Purple People Eater,
Pigeon-toed, under code flying Purple People Eater!
(I like short shorts!) Flying Purple People Eater,
What a sight to see!

Well, he went on his way, and what do you know?
I saw him late last night on the T.V. show!
He was a-blowin' it out and really knocking 'em dead,
Playin' rock-n-roll music through the horn in his head!

Well, bless my soul, rock-n-roll, flying Purple People Eater,
Pigeon-toed, under code flying Purple People Eater!
(I like short shorts!) Flying Purple People Eater,
What a sight to see!

18) In the Hall of Halloween
Witches flying in the air, monsters lurk everywhere
black cats screech and owls hoot. It must be Halloween!
My best pal's a skeleton, Dracula is my friend.
Frankenstein and wolfman too are here with me tonight.

Spooky creatures all about, I hope I don't freak out.
Large and small, they all are here oh how I fear.
Animals and insects prowl some of them at me growl.
One of them is chasing me, I think I’ll flee!

Kings and queens and princes meet one and all on my street.
Jack-o-lanterns light the way beneath the Milky Way.
Lizards, ducks and cockateels some made up in high heals,
Anything and everything is possible tonight.

Creepy, slimey, scarey things some from Mars, some earthlings,
some from Venus, Pluto too assemble at twilight.
Presidents and movie folk, There’s George Bush, with the Hulk,
Elvis Presley and James Dean, are looking mighty mean.
We all sneak from door to door hoping for sweets galore,
candy, popcorn, apples please we’ll accept these.
Candy sacks soon overflow me and my amigo
hope to pack a little more before we're full.

Wolfman with an attitude, he is such, a bad dude.
I would like a pair of shoes, just like the Batman does (rhymes with shoes)
Oh my there’s a skeleton, with a real, toothy grin,
I think he has lost his skin, I hope it grows a-gain.
Walking down dark avenue, something is quite askew,
I see green and I see blue, I think I’ve gone cuckoo.
There’s a guy with ugly toes, out of which long hair grows,
he wears such a hideous face, it seems to decompose!

Over there’s a great big guy, with a protruding eye,
he has ears the size of Maine, it’s inhumane.
Thunder blasts and lightning bolts, producing many volts?
in the air I hear a scream, is it a dream?
There is something from the lake, I sure hope it’s a fake,
if it’s not I’ll run away, my candy I’ll forsake!
Mummy has escaped his tomb, I hope it’s a costume,
I think I’ll get out of here, I shall not persevere. Boo! Boo!

I am now in a full run, this is no longer fun. Boo! Boo!
I am almost at my door, I’ll trick-or-treat no more! Boo! Boo!
Boo! Boo! Boo! Boo! Boo! Boo! Boo!
Boo!

19) The Addams Family Lyrics by Vic Mizzy.
They're creepy and they're kookey.
Mysterious and spookey.
They're altogether together ookey.
The Addams Family.
The house is a museum.
When people come to see'em.
They really are a scre-am.
The Addams Family.
Neat
Sweet
Petite
So get a witch's shawl on.
A broomstick you can crawl on.
We're going to pay a call on.
The Addams Family.
