My first sheet is cut off. I only get part of the where can I get supplies and directions. the title is also cut off at the top. I know my computer is up to date, because it is the schools' computer. Please help me or give suggestion on what to do! My third graders will benefit from these and I want to start making them!

There's a problem with the download link. My downloaded file has no flashcards as shown on the thumbnail, and only has the answers cards, which are worthless without the problem cards. I think the seller may have made a mistake by attaching the wrong computer file when she uploaded. They look like they are sized perfectly, and I think this product will be perfect in my classroom if I just knew of a way to receive the rest of the file I purchased. Perhaps the seller can email me the file directly since I have already paid her through the website.: hfamily@midwest-connections.com
