Oh no! I am happy to help you open and use the files. First, you will need to unzip the file. Once it is unzipped, you should be able to open two of the files in PowerPoint (the third file is just a simple PDF with a product overview). Once the PowerPoint files are open, editing is simple: just creat text boxes as needed on each page and add your own text on top of the templates I provided. Does this help? All of my Interactive Sight Word Readers are simple 5-page books with a cover. This is a universal format I use on all of my Sight Word Readers. Occasionally, I will create other (longer) Interactive Emergent Readers that fit a broader theme such as color words, number words, or the alphabet. It is not likely that I will make revisions to this product, but I will add a 7-page book to my list of product requests. I would LOVE to create an "Eleven Ways to Make 10 page"... the only problem is, I can't find a way to fit 10 one inch squares across a page and have enough room to record the corresponding addition sentence. I have tried and tried, but I simply can't find a way to fit it all in without scrunching things too close together.

Hi Kimberly! Is everything grey or are just some parts gray (like the circles) and other parts black (like the text)?
Try adjusting your print settings. Yours might be set for low quality or "fast draft" printing. That setting conserves in and may be contributing to the issue.

Is there any kind of way you can fix the add to decompose & subtract to decompose numbers for 2, 3, 5, & 6 like how you have it for 4, 7, 8, & 9? You have the others set to legal and if I try to print it out for letter it makes the boxes smaller than the 1" size. If it is too much trouble, then do not worry about it, but I was just wondering if that could be done. Thank you.

I spent countless hours trying to find a way to fit 2,3,5, and 6 on a page in a way that would be attractive and practical. Unfortunately, legal size paper was the best alternative. I'm so sorry that it is inconvenient for you!
I spent countless hours trying to find a way to fit 2,3,5, and 6 on a page in a way that would be attractive and practical. Unfortunately, legal size paper was the best alternative. I'm so sorry that it is inconvenient for you!

The size doesn't matter, whatever is easiest on you. My header cards did not print the 4x 13 for me that the cards stated. More like 2 3/4 x 9 1/2ish. So that size or slightly smaller.The borders you have on the calendar headers to match like the brightest 7 with the same font.
I just love the fonts you use on your products. Simple and perfect for kindergarten. I have two of your calendar cards that I was lucky to catch as a freebie but have decided to update my calendar with the complete set.

That's so weird since they are all PDFs. Make sure you have a PDF reader installed on your computer (like Adobe Reader). Then right click the file, select "open with" and scroll down to the PDF reader program. That should do the trick!

I tried to save this as text so I could change it to Hoppy Spring! but I couldn't. Occasionally, people who download have a similar issue. The file is already downloaded and saved to your computer, the "save as" function is what prompts the password. There is a simple way around it. Open your computer's download folder to see icons of all items currently in the folder. Find the "Signs of New Life from the Lord" book in this folder and drag the icon onto your desktop (or into another folder on your computer). This should work without any further issues. If you continue to have trouble, feel free to email me at kindercraze@gmail.com

I may not have posed my question correctly. Although I purchased the bundled set of your books, I have not had the revised note appear on "My Purchases" page; therefore, I am not aware of new books. I see that there is a new title today, but the fact that there has been a revision is not noted on my page. My question is: how do I make sure that I am notified when your bundle has been revised? You are very generous to continue to provide this to previous buyers. Thank you!

I teach in a Christian school that is not catholic. Is it possible that you could make a non catholic version of the Lent book that you have. If you simply replaced the word Lent with Easter is would be great! or maybe "Easter is coming." instead of Easter is here.
Even if you can't do it, it is so nice to find quality materials that associate Jesus with Easter! Thank you!

Eight years of classroom experiences have guided me into the world of Kindergarten. I have previously taught in First and Second Grade classrooms, but after 5 years as a Kindergarten teacher, I can say with pride that this is the grade which fills my heart with joy and a passion for teaching.
MY TEACHING STYLE
I strive to create a warm and compassionate learning environment for my young students. Routine, bright colors, and organization are important to me because I believe it helps children feel more safe and secure in their school environment. I also like to have fun in the classroom with my children and make the learning experience as hands-on and dynamic as possible. I am very passionate about incorporating technology into classroom instruction and have successfully lobbied to obtain a personal laptop, digital camera, wireless internet access, digital projector, ELMO, and a set of mp3 players for teaching purposes in my classroom.
