Hi! I am sorry to hear that you are having problems with the purchase. You may want to check and make sure your Adobe Acrobat is up-to-date. If so, you might try to open the document in a different Browser (ie. Firefox, internet explorer or Safari) or opening it on another computer. I am more than happy to email you a copy to see it that works too. If these do not work, you will have to contact tpt for a refund. I am not able to give a refund. I truly hate you are having problems with it but I do know others have been successful with printing this purchase. Please let me know if I can do anything else!
