TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I have been teaching at a high-poverty school for two years. The school is made up of approximately 80% Latino students. During my time here, I have taught both second and third grade.

MY TEACHING STYLE

My teaching style is based on cooperative grouping and student independence. I use Daily 5, CAFE, and Guided Math in my classroom. I empower my students to make decisions on their own and find their own inspiration to learn.

I have been married to the wonderful Mr. H for nearly a year now. Our adorable beagle puppy Murphy makes our family complete - for now.
