These are great plans for someone with all the resources mentioned in the document, but for me it wasn't as applicable as I was hoping for. The plans call for certain CD's, art supplies, and other craft materials that I don't have available in my music classroom, much less would be available for an emergency sub. These are great plans, but I think that the necessity for specific materials should be mentioned in the product description.

Well thank-you so much for your very pointed suggestions. The music mentioned is easy to secure. Most music teachers will have those on hand. If not, they are readily available for download or at your local public library. Blue crayons certainly are certainly available in most schools as well. I hope that you can find these things and possibly use the plans in the future. They sit in a sub tub on my desk and have been used many times by subs in my room with much gratitude. :o)

I developed this through years of experience in collaboration with another music teacher who no longer teaches music. We obtained several scope and sequences from other school districts, compared and contrasted them in accordance with our own needs. We aligned those with our national standards and thus, this Scope and Sequence was created. It is constantly being updated. This is intended to be a springboard.

You have the Keynote version I see. Have you opened Keynote yet? I would open the program and then go to "Open" and find the file and try to open it from there. Try it this way first and then...
