This may be a sill question, but I'm new to borders and frames. What is the difference between the transparent center and the white center? Aren't both able to be copied and pasted into a document?

Not a silly question at all. If say, you want to put a yellow border on a red colored background the transparent will leave the center the red just like the background color. If you want the center to be white say on a red background you would want to choose the one with the white center. That way you don't have to put a white box behind it. Hope this makes sense!

See if it makes any difference using it in Powerpoint compared to Word. I'm without Internet on my home computer till Tuesday. I'll try it in Word and try to get back to you. Hmmm! I use Powerpoint. I'm on a Mac, but it worked fine. I eve inserted apicture and a text box. Try Powerpoint and insert your text and pixs that way and let me know. Sorry, my internet is down till Tuesday, but I do have it on my phone. My email address is teacheskids@yahoo.com

I was able to open some of the frames on my PC with Picasa, but not all of them. I will figure it out one way or another, lol. Things like this bother me till I get it. I'll let you know when I've got it fixed. :0)

I had a hard time fitting the calendar pieces on the page... it was too big. My husband says it has something to do with a custom page and needs to be adjusted. Can you look into this? I managed to print it but only with help.

Hello, I really like your templates I purchased; however, when I add my information it won't let me save just the one template into a separate file so that I can email that one and only newsletter to my principal to be added to my name on our school website for the month. Each time I save my changes and when I reopen every single template comes up.

Hi,
Okay, here's what you need to do. Open the Powerpoint. Add or do what you want to the page you're wanting to. Then, delete all of the other pages. Finally, save the page or newsletter as a new page. Name it whatever you'd like. Then, when you reopen your new pages it's all you should see. If this doesn't work let me know.

TEACHING EXPERIENCE
I have been teaching for a little over 25 years, with the majority of my experience in first grade. However, my background is varied, as I have taught kindergarten, first grade, fourth and fifth grades. Currently, I teach in a Title I school teaching Title I Reading to K-4 students.

I received my bachelors in elementary education from McPherson College in Kansas in 1978. I know, it's like forever ago. Over the years I took many classes, but didn't pursue my masters until after my children were grown. In 2005 I graduated with my Masters in Reading from Western Illinois University.
ADDITIONAL BIOGRAPHICAL INFORMATION
I am the mother of 3 wonderful children. Well, they're more like wonderful adults now. But, to me they will always be kids. :0) My two sons are married to wonderful girls who both work in education. My daughter is in the final stages of earning her teaching degree in early childhood education. She always said she wouldn't be a teacher. Aw! She decided to follow in her mom's footprints. Yeah! My husband, Rick is also an educator. He teaches building trades in our community to high school students. So glad I'm an elementary teacher. We have 4 beautiful grandchildren. Wesson is the oldest at 3, Oscar 2, Cooper 1 and a little bit and Wyatt is just a little over 3 months old. It's fantastic being a grammy!! Love it!!
