I would be interested in using some of your materials on my website universalhomeschool.com (this website is due to be released in August 2011). The site will mainly focus on teaching videos for children who are being homeschooled, or need the extra help. We will offer math, reading and writing. I started building this site about a year ago and during this time I have been creating videos, quizzes, worksheets and lesson plans. I originally wanted a site that would be available for free to parents and teachers. Unfortunately because of the cost of the hosting, development, materials, and other overheads having a free site would be impossible so I will be charging a yearly fee to have access to the site. This will be anywhere between $30 and $50.
Therefore I am asking you for permission to use your work on my website. I will pay for your materials, give you the credit, create a link to your page and give you free membership.
If you are not interested, that is fine I understand. Let me know if you would like to discuss another agreement.
Thanks
Gary Joseph

I am wondering if I could have permission to use some of your work on my website. I am currently in the work of building an educational website/online school. My aim is to create one of the biggest resources for education, a portal that will help parents help their kids at school, assist homeschoolers and teachers. I want to provide quality materials that will enhance a child’s educational experience. I am currently buying and creating quality educational resources.

I will make sure all work is credited to the creator. Please feel free to have a look at my website so that you get a more detailed idea of what my mission is. (Be aware that this is only a draft and it is still in the early stages of development.

If you have any questions please do not hesitate to email me at gazsky@aol.com .

Thanks.

I am in need of 10-20 printable activities in the area of middle school Reading/Language Arts. I really liked your Elements of Literature and Context clues worksheets.
These activities will be used as part of an online test prep resource for schools, so I will need to have a release which will allow my company to use them in this way. I can pay $10 per activity. Any worksheet/printable activities related to Figurative Language, or Critical Reading would be great. If you drop me a note at jessica@usatestprep.com I can send you the agreement I need. We do not want exclusive use, of course; just the rights to edit and use the activities on our site( http://www.usatestprep.com/front/opportunities.php).

Dosieru re: Elements of Literature Worksheets--Secondary Level
Hi there! I purchsed this awesome packet back in October and somehow the file is corrupted and since it is expired, I cannot download it again. I know it isn't your problem, of course, but I was wondering if you would be willing to email me the file since I did purchase it already. Would you let me know, please. Thanks! D. I am nearing retirement and have scads of stuff from 30 years of teaching -- how much can someone expect to sell through this website?

TEACHING EXPERIENCE

This is my eighth year as a teacher. I taught for two years at a charter school, where I had several different preps ranging from 7th grade social studies, 8th, 9th, 10th and 11th grade language arts. I had no classroom of my own, so I became organized pretty quickly! I currently teach 8th grade English and Social Studies for Bloomfield Hills Public Schools, and I really enjoy both my students and colleagues, with whom I frequently collaborate to create interdisciplinary units.

MY TEACHING STYLE

I believe in teaching the basics, such as grammar and punctuation, but I incorporate creativity and technology as much as possible. I want all of my students to succeed, and I believe in flexibility. Planning a great lesson is key, but you have to be willing to take a detour if something isn't working, or the students express enthusiasm for a different aspect of your lesson. I always go with what I know, but I try to stay current with my students so I can incorporate their interests into my lessons.
