Hmm, I have no idea. The files are created in Word and then saved as PDF files. Are you using Preview or Adobe to open them? I am using a Mac. I'm not sure if that plays a difference. The download is a zip file with each poster as an individual PDF. If you leave your email address, I can try emailing each poster to you individually.

The songs that I sell are not mp3 files. They are song sheets with the words printed onto them. I do not have the songs recorded.
I am really unsure of how to do what you're describing. I would recommend putting in a help request through TPT. Those folks are super helpful and would be able to answer your question. Sorry that I can't be more of a help to you. Good luck!

I'm not sure why that would be happening. That problem has not come up before. Perhaps it's the program you're opening the document with. It is created in Word and saved as a PDF. You should be able to open it in Preview or with Adobe Reader. It should not matter whether you're using a Mac or a PC, but perhaps it has something to do with your machine. Have you encountered this issue with other things that you've downloaded?

When I print the Olympic game cards there is a black box covering parts of the the long jump, basketball, javelin throw, shot put and gymnastics words.
